Goals & Impact
To increase subscription purchase rate and improve the experience by allowing customers to renew their purchased subscriptions.
my role
I was responsible for designing the auto-renewals flow and co-writing the subscription guidelines based on our research & metrics. I also collaborated with cross-teams on adopting the new guidelines, and auto renewals flow across multiple products.
